Contact with Us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Spam Protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect our contact and inquiry forms from automated misuse (spam, bots), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When a form is loaded, Turnstile checks in the background whether the request comes from a human. For this purpose, Cloudflare processes technical data, in particular your IP address, the user agent of your browser, a TLS fingerprint and the page on which the form is embedded. Turnstile does not use this data for advertising purposes; Cloudflare may use it to improve bot detection. The result of the check is verified by our server when the form is submitted.

The processing is based on Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in protecting our website and forms from misuse and in reliably processing genuine inquiries. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for data transfers to the USA.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API

Only with your consent (cookie category "Marketing") do we use the "Meta Pixel" and the "Conversions API" on our website. Provider and recipient is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta").

Purpose: We use these tools to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram (conversion tracking), to show our ads to people who are interested in our offer (e.g. visitors of our website) and to improve our advertising.

Processed data: The Meta Pixel collects pages visited, time of the visit, browser and device information, your IP address and cookie IDs (e.g. "_fbp", stored for up to 90 days) as well as actions on our website, such as adding a product to the request list or submitting a contact or request form. When you submit a form, we additionally transmit this event from our server to Meta via the Conversions API, together with your e-mail address, phone number, first and last name and, if provided, postcode and city – exclusively in hashed (SHA-256 encrypted) form – as well as your IP address and browser identifier. Meta can link this data to your Facebook or Instagram account and also use it for its own purposes.

Legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 165 (3) TKG 2021. For the collection and transmission of the data we are jointly responsible with Meta (Art. 26 GDPR); the corresponding agreement can be found at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Meta is solely responsible for any further processing.

Meta may also transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023); in addition, Meta uses the EU standard contractual clauses.
