Inquiry Instead of Direct Purchase
This shop is an inquiry portal. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract. You will receive an offer with price, production and delivery time, shipping costs and payment method. The order only starts after your written approval.
Shipping
Service Provider: Austrian Post (B2C), DPD (B2B).
Delivery Area: Austria; shipping to Germany on request.
Delivery Time: Production time + shipping time. Shipping within Austria usually 1–3 working days. The total duration depends on the article and the finishing.
Shipping Costs: are shown in the offer; deviations possible for bulky goods or partial deliveries.
Returns & Cancellation
Personalized/customized goods (Print, embroidery, special colors, made-to-measure): no right of cancellation/return according to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG. Warranty rights remain unaffected.
Non-customized standard goods (Consumer): 14 days right of cancellation from receipt. Return goods unused, complete, in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of incorrect delivery or defect.
Business customers: no statutory right of cancellation.
Seasonal goods: excluded from exchange (see Terms & Conditions).
Defects/Complaint (according to Terms & Conditions)
Notice of Defect: within 7 days after delivery in writing, hidden defects within 3 months.
In case of justified complaint: rectification, replacement delivery or credit note according to statutory warranty. Minor deviations in color/format/quality are not a defect.
Return Process
- Request RMA: Email to office.villach@galvi.at with offer/order number, article, quantity, reason.
- Receive approval & address. Unapproved shipments will not be accepted.
- Refund/exchange after goods inspection according to agreed payment method.
Payments
No online payments in the shop. Payment is only made after acceptance of the offer according to the conditions stated in the offer.

Our Terms & Conditions apply (including delivery periods, transfer of risk, copyright/usage rights, retention of title, payment terms, jurisdiction Villach). Deviations require written form.
